A registration system built for 250 teenagers and the team running the camp.
A premium onboarding flow for camp registration, with a personal dashboard for every camper and a fully automated admin panel behind it.
The problem
Running a camp for teenagers means processing information for every camper by hand — applications, documents, group assignments, updates — usually across spreadsheets, forms, and group chats. This platform replaces all of that with a single registration and management system built for both sides: the camper applying and the team running the camp.
What campers get
Each applicant goes through a premium onboarding flow to submit their information and required documents. Once registered, every camper has a personal dashboard where they can edit their details, check their camp status, view announcements, and see the camp's rules and requirements — no chasing information through a group chat.
What the admin panel automates
- Processing incoming registrations as they arrive
- Assigning campers into groups
- Disbursing emails to campers automatically
- Publishing announcements to every camper dashboard at once
The goal was to make the admin side require close to zero manual coordination once a registration comes in — the system handles the repetitive parts so the camp's organisers can focus on the camp itself.
Where it stands
The platform has processed registrations for 250 campers and is one of the projects I'm most proud of — not for its complexity, but for how directly it removed real, repetitive work from a team of volunteers.
